We recently took possession of our apartment from Sreshta Premium Developers (Sreshta) and I am very pleased with the overall experience. The staff has been extremely responsive and courteous, always willing to address our questions and provide timely updates throughout the process. A special thanks to Supervisors Manikandan and Satish, as well as CRM Gayathri and Vishali, for their professionalism, patience, and support in ensuring a smooth handover.
The floor plan has been thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of space and ensuring comfort in day-to-day living. The amenities offered in the project are well-planned and of high quality, adding great value to the lifestyle here.
The fittings used in the apartment are of excellent standard, reflecting attention to detail and durability. I am particularly impressed with the overall finish of the home — everything feels polished, modern, and well-executed.
Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the professionalism, dedication, and quality that Sreshta Premium Developers has delivered.

Project Name : Sreshta Sudarshana
The original Sreshta Sudarshana apartment was 25 years old, so after evaluating 3-4 developers ultimately, we zeroed in on Sreshta again given their track record.
We moved out of old apartments in Jan22 into rented spaces and moved back in January 2024. The good thing about Sreshta is timely delivery, Quality of construction, the customization provided anf more importantly their legal correctness. Every aspect was ticked off and existing apartments owners had no issues while moving back in.

We selected Sreshta after evaluating many projects, especially because we didn’t want to move into towers where customization isn’t possible. The client servicing team coordinated very well for everything even though at the time I was based outside of Chennai. We are happy that we have got a good product.
