Sreshta Premium Developers is proud to welcome Mr. T. S. S. Krishnan as our Chief Executive Officer. With over three decades of experience shaping Chennai’s real estate landscape, Mr. Krishnan brings a rare blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to building high-quality developments.
At Sreshta, Mr. Krishnan is focused on mentoring the leadership team to build a culture of innovation, process discipline, and operational excellence. By strengthening systems, nurturing talent, and embedding best practices, he is enabling Sreshta to scale with agility while retaining the boutique quality and trust that the brand is known for.
Before joining Sreshta, Mr. Krishnan served as the CEO of Appaswamy Real Estate, where he played a key role in delivering some of Chennai’s most admired residential and commercial projects. He has also been an active voice in shaping the real estate ecosystem through his role in the CREDAI Chennai Chapter, advocating for higher standards of transparency, sustainability, and professional excellence in the industry with an emphasis on environmental related matters.
